Abute broken polls and locking "All Abute Anglisc"

In "Þe Moot Scutes", þere is a poll abute locking "All Abute Anglisc", but somehu waling (voting) in it does not work, polls migt also be broken in oþer boards on þe moot. Anyway, I'm onboard wiþ locking "All Abute Anglisc", as anyþing anybody culd want to write fits better in oþer boards.

Þe bots culd cum to oþer boards, but hy can't speak Anglisc, so hy aren't hard to spot. Hy may get more boþersum hwen þere will be more þreads on þis moot, but þen hopefully we'll hafe more oferseers.
